In 2010, Debbie Featherstone will be taking the E-Programme to a new level. It is called:
The Castaway Experience
The Castaway Experience is a TWO DAY event. It includes everything used for the Tinnitus E-Programme PLUS much much more.......
- Presentation of "How to learn to manage tinnitus effectively"
- How to use a Cognitive Behavioural approach to manage tinnitus distress
- Deep relaxation sessions using hypnotherapy
- How to use self-hypnosis
- An optional individual Reiki healing session booked separately in addition to the main event*

The optional individual Reiki healing sessions will be booked on a
"first come first served basis". This very special Reiki healing
session is with Reiki Master Wendy Loudon
The FIRST Castaway Experience is going to be held in the heart of the Ribble Valley in Lancashire, UK in 2010
Fees
for the two day event in Lancashire are estimated to be around £250 -
£300 per person. Places are necessarily limited due to the emphasis
placed on individual needs for such a personal journey
