"Relaxation & Meditation for Beginners & Beyond"
This 6 week course is a balance of theory and practice. It begins with understanding what “stress” is: how it affects our bodies and our minds. It is an opportunity to learn some basic brain physiology, understand more about the autonomic nervous system (ANS), the effect of our thoughts on the ANS, and how to use a variety of techniques that, practiced on a regular basis, bring about change to enable us to live a more balanced and healthy life. An Introduction to Autogenic relaxation

An Introduction to Power Animal Meditation
Week 6
An Introduction to Mindfulness & Acceptance Meditation
